Application Process

Applications are processed continuously. Participants are encouraged to apply as soon as possible to have the best choices for courses and accommodation. This will also provide time to make arrangements for credit and the processing of a visa.

Completed application forms must be accompanied by a deposit check of $300 made payable to the European Heritage Institute, and three photographs (passport-size equivalent) for identification. Special arrangements are made for those outside the United States.

Enrollment Procedures:

• Download and fill out the application form and attach three passport-size photographs.
• Enclose $300 as a deposit. Payment can be made with money order, check, traveler’s checks or direct payment to account
• Send the application material (in case of bank wire transfer, please enclose receipt) to:
